We had a fantastic stay at this hostel. the staff were helpful, lovely, and funny. the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the roommates were friendly. the location was great, with a supermarket, restaurants, shops, and transportation nearby. the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of Portuguese and international options. We also enjoyed the organized activities, like the Saturday night party and barbecue. the hostel truly made us feel at home and we would highly recommend it.

And the best part? the bar fridge is always fully stocked, so you'll never go thirsty. Plus, the hostel is very clean, even the bathrooms are spotless. the common areas are cool, with a ping, pong table for some friendly competition. You'll be impressed by the friendly staff and the charming atmosphere of this place.

It's a shame that there's a lack of curtains in the rooms, as the amount of light can be too much at times.

Le Penguin has a close-knit family vibe, like we've known each other forever. Shout-out to Saja, a fellow Brit who made me feel part of the family. Best hostel I've stayed at with great facilities, stocked kitchen, games room, and fun evening entertainment. Convenient location next to the airport bus stop and a shopping center across the road.

The included breakfast was a pleasant surprise, offering a variety of options such as toasties, cereal, fruit, and scrambled eggs. The available dinner, which came at an extra cost, had a good selection of options for both meat-eaters and vegetarians. The cleanliness of the entire place was remarkable.
